That basically includes taking a sip , swishing it around in your mouth and then spitting it out . If you think that ’ s too gross , then it ’ s optional !
Tasting beer is also similar to tasting wine , though slightly less complicated . For example , beer doesn ’ t really produce “ legs ” the same way wine or spirits do , so there ’ s no need to look so closely at that aspect of it , though the thickness of it is important .
